Class of 2025

Dear 5th Grade Families, 

A few updates:

• Middle school offers will be released on 4/9/2025
• Yearbook is almost finished!! If you have not had a chance yet, please send in your child's yearbook information ASAP! If we do not receive information by 3/31/25, we will send you a final call, text and email reminder.
• SAVE THE DATE - 5th grade celebration will be held on Thursday, June 12th. More details to follow.
• Senior Dues - We are finalizing our senior activities, if you have not submitted your senior dues please reach out to Ms. Kristen. Payment can be made via cash, check or on PTA website. Details are listed below. 
• Senior Trip / Activities - We will be sharing more information with families once we return from Spring Recess.
• Volunteers - If you signed up to volunteer for senior activities, we will be in touch once we return from Spring Recess.

Yearbook - It's time to start looking for photographs to be included in your child's yearbook. Items are due on January 2nd, 2025.

• Your message to your child: Send a message of well wishes, advice, favorite poem or phrase to include for your child’s page FROM YOU! Please note space-- if it’s too long, it will be printed really small! 4-5 lines is a good amount. Please email messages to yearbook@theharborviewschool.org with your child’s name in the subject line.
• Photos: Please submit 1 - 8 photos for this section. The photographs on this page can include family and friends. Please email photos (.JPG or .JPEG files) with your child’s name and Student Page Pictures listed in subject line to: yearbook@theharborviewschool.org. If you need photos scanned, please place them in an envelope with: Your name and email; child’s name, class number and attention “Yearbook- KD” and turn in to the main office directly. PLEASE DO NOT BACKPACK THIS IN. You will be contacted when photos are ready to pick up.

SENIOR ACTIVITY FEE: 2024-2025 Senior Dues are $150. They include the following:

• Yearbook
• Class of 2025 Shirt
• Senior Celebrations: Friendsgiving in November 2024, Senior Breakfast & Senior Pop-Up Dance in June 2025
• Senior Field Experience - May / June 2025
• Senior Month Events - June 2025

All payments MUST BE received by 3/15/2025 for us to make final arrangements for the activities. The dues can be paid in full or in four (4) installments: December 15th, January 15th, February 15th & March 15th. Please make payments online through the PS 59 PTA store or drop off cash/check/money order payable to PS 59 PTA to the main office. If for any reason you need financial assistance, please contact Kristen Druda, Parent Coordinator.
